Membership Benefits

1. Monthly meetings provide the opportunity to network with other property owners & managers to stay current on local, state and federal issues. 3. State Association Membership
   Your local membership also enrolls you as a member of the Wisconsin Apartment Association(WAA). As a WAA member you'll receive the monthly WAA magazine, be able to purchase forms and attend the annual convention and other educational offerings at a reduced rate. 4. Political Advocacy
