The Apartment Association La Crosse Area, Inc. (AALA) was formed in 1985. Our members own or manage more than 3,000 apartment units in the La Crosse area. AALA is dedicated to helping members protect their real estate investments and improve their operations through education and opportunities to share ideas and resources.

AALA members are concerned property owners and managers who want to provide quality housing for their tenants.Membership in AALA helps them to manage and maintain their investments in a professional and profitable manner.

Your AALA membership also entitles you to membership in the Wisconsin Apartment Association (WAA). You'll receive the WAA magazine, be able to purchase leases and other forms designed to help safeguard your investments, receive information on vendors who specialize in products and services related to rental housing, attend the annual conference and trade show and other educational offerings at a reduced rate.
